The Middletown Vally area is rife with unexplained paranormal phenomena. The Myersville-Wolfsville Area Historical Society will sponsor a free talk exploring some of the most valid of these strange occurrences. Most talks at this spooky time of year focus on imaginative but mythical tales of folkloric creatures like the famed Snallygaster. In this program, historian and writer Ann Longmore-Etheridge will describe and analyze true supernatural experiences by area residents, including her own. She will focus on stories and experiences that can be validated - at least in part - as opposed to lore and legends. Attendees will be invited to share their own stories of unexplainable incidents.
Social Hour with refreshments will follow the presentation.
