    A capstone learning experience for students to cook and serve the public at the completion of their program.  You are cordially invited to dine at 200 Monroe, and indulge in a three-course gourmet meal prepared and served by Frederick Community College's Hospitality, Culinary and Tourism Institute.

    **Note: No Dinner served on November 28**

    $35 per guest including gratuity and tax, major credit cards only, no cash. Sample menu listed below.

    All proceeds directly support student learning in Hospitality, Culinary, and Tourism (HCTI) (no cash, please). Donations to the HCTI Scholarship Fund are appreciated and may be made using the giving envelope presented with the guest check.

    Voted as one of the best with a 2019 Diner's Choice Award, 200 Monroe is once again a celebrated top-rated restaurant!  The Diners’ Choice lists recognize outstanding restaurants based on feedback from confirmed diners. Guests at 200 Monroe were treated to three-course meals prepared and served by students in the FCC Hospitality, Culinary, and Tourism Institute (HCTI). The restaurant recently finished its eighth season.
