Maryland Iron Festival at Catoctin Furnace
Celebrate Frederick County's history as an early center for iron making at this festival in the historic village of Catoctin Furnace. The festival will feature live blacksmithing demonstrations, hands-on casting and molding demonstrations, live iron pouring, guided tours, children's activities, live music, food trucks, a beer and wine garden, and much, much more.
The Museum of the Iron Worker will be open all weekend with FREE ADMISSION.
