 Lunch - First Course: 

Farro salad- kale, Brussel sprouts, carrots, kohlrabi, cabbage, black-garlic dressing

Minestrone- prosciutto broth, seasonal vegetables, cannellini beans, ditalini pasta, parmesan

Shrimp scampi- shrimp, tomatoes, garlic, lemon-garlic butter

Fettunta- garlic toast, tomato-basil relish, parmesan, balsamic

Bresaola- Air dried beef, arugula, lemon, parmesan, olive oil

 Lunch - Second Course: 

Chicken cacciatore- braised chicken thigh, mushrooms, onion, bell peppers, tomato sauce, spaghetti

Chicken parmesan- breaded chicken, tomato sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, spaghetti

Gnocchi- gorgonzola cream, sundried tomatoes, pancetta, spinach

Seafood cannelloni- shrimp, crab, spinach, sundried tomatoes, ricotta, parmesan, shrimp bisque, mozzarella

Veal Marsala: pan seared veal, mushrooms, Marsala, fettucine alfredo

Grilled Swordfish- asparagus, farro pilaf, lemon butter sauce

Luxardo cherry panna cotta

Spicy cannellini dip- white beans, calabrese chili, crostini

Burrata- crostini, bruschetta, balsamic glaze

 Dinner - Second Course: 

shrimp maltagliati- torn pasta, shrimp, cremini mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic butter

Crispy duck breast- parmesan polenta and broccolini
