The Hospitality, Culinary & Tourism Institute (HCTI) of Frederick Community College offers degree and certificate programs designed to provide students with a strong foundation of knowledge, skills and practical experience to succeed. Courses teach essential technical, business and human relation skills to prepare students for entry level and supervisory positions in the hospitality, culinary and tourism industry. 200 Monroe Restaurant provides HCTI students a capstone learning experience to cook for and serve the public as they near the completion of their training and education. We invite you to come dine with us and indulge in a three-course gourmet meal created and served by FCC's HCTI students under the guidance of our Executive Chef and Maitre d' instructors. 200 Monroe is a full-service restaurant serving continental cuisine located at 200 Monroe Avenue in Frederick. Open during the spring semester, a 3-course fixed price menu is offered in an upscale setting. Our seasonal hours of operation begin March 2018.
Reservations (for up to 4 guests) will be accepted via OpenTable.com beginning February 2018. Please note, reservations are not accepted by phone.
