The Hospitality, Culinary & Tourism Institute (HCTI) of Frederick Community College offers degree and certificate programs designed to provide students with a strong foundation of knowledge, skills and practical experience to succeed. Courses teach essential technical, business and human relation skills to prepare students for entry level and supervisory positions in the hospitality, culinary and tourism industry. 200 Monroe Restaurant provides HCTI students a capstone learning experience to cook for and serve the public as they near the completion of their training and education. We invite you to come dine with us and indulge in a three-course gourmet meal created and served by FCC's HCTI students under the guidance of our Executive Chef and Maitre d' instructors. We think you will find the experience delightful, affordable and rewarding as all revenue supports the HCTI program to benefit our students.
Open during the spring semester, a 3-course fixed price menu is offered in an upscale setting.
