MINT MELON SALAD: blend of watermelon, honeydew melon cubes and fresh mint raw honey and lemon juice
Second Course
TACOS DEL MAR: grilled gulf shrimp and fresh old bay marinated broiled tilapia tacos (2) with avocados, tomatoes and cilantro lime chipotle sauce served black beans and white rice.
MEXICAN BEEF STYLE STEW: beef tenderloin cubes, zucchini, tomatoes, soft yuca, corn and Spanish onions.

CHURROS MEJICANOS: traditional fried pastry filled with mermelada de manzana served with nieve de vainilla
