The Frederick Visitor Center is a great first stop for visitors. Located in a beautifully renovated circa-1899 warehouse at 151 S. East St. Over 25,000 visitors are welcomed each year, where they can watch a 14-minute orientation film, browse the exhibits and use the restroom facilities. Open January and February 9am-5pm and March through December 9am-5:30pm. Closed: New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Attend the Tourism Marketing Committee meetings and hear from Visit Frederick about specific marketing initiatives; as well as updates from members in attendance. The group meets bi-monthly September-May, typically on the third Wednesday of the month.
