Marketing and Partnership Coordinator

Reports To: Assistant Director

Full-Time, hybrid (Full-time in-office for first 4 weeks of employment during training period. After the training period, a consistent hybrid schedule will be determined.)

Salary: $45,000/yr-$55,000/yr 

Benefits: Medical Insurance, Simple IRA plan


Position Summary

The Marketing and Partnership Coordinator is responsible for support, engagement, and retention of Visit Frederick partners that provide services and experiences for visitors to Frederick County. This role supports new and existing partners via written, in-person, and virtual outreach and communications. Key to this outreach is a sophisticated membership database (Simpleview CRM), which the successful candidate will maintain and manage. The Marketing and Partnership Coordinator is a critical part of the Visit Frederick Marketing team, complementing current team members who market tourism experiences in Frederick County. A successful team member will assist with digital marketing, communications, and public relations tasks.
