Each year, Visit Frederick offers familiarization (FAM) tours around Frederick County for our members and partners. These tours provide opportunities for those in the hospitality industry around the region to learn what's new and exciting. These tours are a great chance to meet others in the industry while learning about the new experiences being offered to visitors in Frederick County.

Trinity Chapel in Downtown Frederick

Join Visit Frederick for a walking tour highlighting tourism and hospitality businesses along in Downtown Frederick. This tour will show what's new and exciting in the tourism industry in the historic district, an industry that generates more than $550 million in Frederick County each year. Visit Frederick hosts these "Familiarization Tours" twice a year - providing our business community an opportunity to learn more about tourism in Frederick County and its economic impact on the region.

Tour will begin at the Frederick Visitor Center at 8:30am - tour will conclude by 3pm. Tour is $10 per person.
