Rack Cards and Event Posters
The Frederick Visitor Center will display your marketing materials, such as rack cards and event posters. Promotion of these materials is on a space-available-basis. You may drop off a stack of rack cards (4” x 9”) at the Frederick Visitor Center during operating hours 9AM-5PM, daily. A Visitor Center Specialist will reach out to you when the supply is running low. Event posters can be displayed on the Members Event Wall located just outside our theater. Ideal event flyer sizes include: 8.5”x11”, 11”x14”, 11”x17”.

Advertising Opportunities
Visit Frederick publishes the official Frederick County Visitor Guide each year, distributing these materials regionally, nationally, and internationally through marketing efforts and Visitor Center fulfilments. Members of Visit Frederick receive special advertising rates in the guide.

Group Tour Leads
Group friendly businesses have access to leads generated from trade shows attended by Visit Frederick staff members each year. When tour operators, meeting professionals, and wedding planners are looking for recommendations, they turn to Visit Frederick. These inquiries, as well as referrals from motorcoach trade shows, are shared with members, generating a potential pipeline for your business.
