Frederick Pride: Celebrate with Us

Each June, thousands gather in Carroll Creek Park for Frederick Pride, one of Maryland’s largest and most joyful Pride festivals.

Hosted by The Frederick Center, this event brings together a dynamic mix of live entertainment, LGBTQ+ vendors, community organizations, and family-friendly activities in a setting that highlights the best of historic Downtown Frederick.

For 12 incredible years, Frederick Pride has been a shining beacon of love, inclusivity, and community, and this year’s festival promises to be bigger and better than ever. Frederick Pride takes place on Saturday, June 28, from 11 AM to 6 PM in Carroll Creek Park; a day filled with music, performances, food, and unforgettable moments.

What can you expect? A vibrant celebration featuring live music, show-stopping drag performances, top DJs, inspiring speakers, and a bustling vendor marketplace. Sip on craft beverages in the Beverage Garden, sample delicious fare from the Food Truck Court, explore the Children and Youth Area packed with family-friendly activities, and shop for exclusive Pride merchandise - including handmade crafts and one-of-a-kind flags at the official Pride Shop.

More than 200 nonprofit and business vendors will line Carroll Creek, offering everything from local artisan goods to LGBTQ+ resources and community support. And don’t miss the Lambda Car Show, where stunning classic and modern vehicles will be on display for all to enjoy.
