Details
Along Carroll Creek Park near S. Court Street is an aluminum-over-wood sculpture shaped like a tree blowing in the wind. Sculpted by Svend Bue Rondum, it was purchased by eight friends who had just returned from a golf trip to St. Andrews because it reminded them of Scotland’s landscape. After buying Mr. Rondum’s sculpture, they arranged to have it installed here in 1998 through the Carroll Creek Commission.
