Frederick Visitor Center Reopening

The Frederick Visitor Center has taken many precautions to help stop the spread of COVID-19. When visiting, please maintain physical distance of at least 6 feet between yourself and others. If you are not feeling well, please stay home.

The below measures are currently in place:

• Signage at entry doors that will give instructions if a visitor is sick including the phone number for Frederick Health Hospital.

• All staff wash their hands for at least 20 seconds frequently throughout the day. Individual bottles of hand sanitizer have also been provided to staff.

• Hand sanitizer dispensers are located at the entrance. Visitors will be asked to use the hand sanitizer upon entering the building.

• Face masks are required for visitors and staff at all times. 

• A sneeze guard has been installed at the front desk.

• Regular housekeeping practices have been implemented to include routine cleaning and disinfecting. Visit Frederick’s cleaning service has been contracted to provide daily mid-day service to disinfect the restroom and spot clean high touch areas.
